Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Skills: Agent force, Copado, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modeling, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Apex, Lightning Visualforce development.

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

  • 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Apex, Lightning, Visualforce development.
  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformations.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficiency
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modleing, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Required experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities. Familiarity in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing required.
  • Proven experience working on complex codebases and addressing technical debt and performance issues.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and optimization techniques.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
  • Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Maintain a high standard of documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect, Platform Developer II, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Agent force Specialist, Application or/and System Architect
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado).
  • Proficient with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
