Job Description

The Design Associate will work collaboratively with our design and

product teams to create apparel that resonates with our target audience; helping to translate market trends into designs that balance creativity with commercial viability, supporting all aspects of the design process from concept to production.

The Design Associate is responsible for the following:

• Support all aspects of design, including lab dip tracking, sample tracking, and design details
• Follow up on design feedback from reviews and update CADs to reflect changes
• Develop monthly launch deck to review at monthly fashion shows
• Assign color PMS, Hex, and other color specifications
• Contribute to fabric development with mill partners
• Support fit and pattern development processes
• Assist with SMU (Special Make-Up) designs for key accounts
• Maintain graphic library, fabric library, and color library resources
• Assist in maintaining trim library for all products
• Support technical pack specification development
• Assist with tech pack construction development
• Help develop and maintain the launch calendar aligned with the design calendar
• Contribute to quality and brand integrity standards
