JOB TITLE: BI Manager

REPORTS TO: EVP Of Finance and Administration

CLASIFICATION: Exempt

SUMMARY : A Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is a professional who leads the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies and solutions within an organization. They focus on using data to inform and improve business decisions. Their responsibilities include leading teams, managing data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BI systems. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.

• Identifying business problems and opportunities, and developing and recommending solutions.

• Identifying and recommending improvements to business processes and systems.

• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts for projects and initiatives.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, finance, information technology, or a related discipline is often a minimum requirement.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields is highly valued.
